Home and Away is a video-room-installation on three projection screens with a spoken text on headphones. The three videos are looped independently, they are synchronised with each other by chance and therefore change their pace with every repetition. The text functions as uniting element between the three videos and forms a superior level.

Moreover, it is the origin of the artwork that expresses a desire for weightlessness and personal liberation. The visual level illustrates a vision to explore neutral spaces without distances. A constant back and forth on the visual and textual level, embedded into the gentle atmosphere of a utopic dreamworld, portrays the desire of wanting to be home and away simultaneously.
